Ra

This is  one of my new characters, Ra  a very  peculiar and ominous lucario, he rules over   a very  vast  kingdom in the middle of the  desert,  though he's be ruling for centuries! How  he's manged  to stay alive for so long is a mystery, He is very ruthless in his rule. Experiments   within his boarders are strictly forbidden any pokemon caught  creating   is either punished or goes missing   Every pokemon in  his kingdom is born into a  job and trained  for  it    at birth.  His  kingdom prospers due  to the  large  amounts  of  gold   he mines. That  aside the majority of the pokemon who live  under  him are  oblivous  or ignorant  to the ways outside  his kingdom.
